I was born in Plymouth, Devon, UK, and moved to Gloucester when my father left the navy in 1963. I returned to Devon in 1988 and now live on the edge of beautiful Dartmoor.
After my disaster of a marriage, mentioned in my video below, I married again in 1998. This time I got it right.
I love walking, self-development, reading, cooking, and family time.
I believe that we can be whoever we want to be in this world. It just takes self-love, self-belief and the determination to get there.
