Thank you for wanting to know more about me. I am honoured.
I was born in Plymouth, Devon UK, and moved to Gloucester when my father left the navy in 1963. I returned to Devon in 1988 and now live on the edge of beautiful Dartmoor.
After my disaster of a marriage, mentioned in my video below, I married again in 1998. This time I got it right.
I love walking, self-development, reading, cooking, and family time.
I believe that we can be whoever we want to be in this world. It just takes self-love, self-belief and determination to get there.
Why work with me?
I believe my experience of rebuilding my self-confidence from ground zero to the woman I am today, is my main qualification. I have learned so much over 25 years.
I also have had a very successful career over a 42 year period in customer facing roles.
I am a Master Practitioner of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and Hypnotherapy.
And a Jay Shetty Certified Life Coach.
I don't have much in the way of academic qualifications because I grew up believing I was not clever and would never amount to much!

I understand the struggles of self-doubt. When my toxic marriage ended, any self-confidence and self-esteem that I might have once had, was gone.
I had a choice. I could stay a victim, feeling sorry for myself and blaming my ex for everything, or I could get up and rebuild my confidence.
I chose to rise up and find my purpose in life.
I had to find my courage first. It took me a good 25 years to be the confident powerful woman I am today. I did it on my own and I am so proud of my success.
Now I want to show people who have lost their confidence and or self-esteem for whatever reason, that they can build their self-confidence and start to believe in themselves again. In much less time than it took me too!!
