What do you want to change?
I want to feel more confident in my personal and work life.

I need to stop saying yes to things just to please others and focus on what I want more.
I want to silence my inner critic and have more positive thoughts.
I never know what to say in social settings. I feel so awkward.
I feel like an impostor. I am not as good as people seem to think.
I want to stop self-sabotaging and change my life for the better
I believe that confidence is a skill that everyone can learn, practice and master.

Self-esteem and believing in yourself are states of mind. You can change your mind, you do it all the time!

Whatever you want to work on, I can help you.

What does confidence coaching involve?
I have developed a process that combines the logic and structure of goal setting with the creativity of manifesting your dreams. You have probably heard of the ‘Law of Attraction’. It is possible to manifest the life you want but it’s not magic, it’s focus plus action.

Together we get clear on the outcome you want to achieve.
A desire to change is just wishful thinking unless you take action on that desire. So the next step is to make a plan.
As you take steps towards your desired outcome, it is important to review your progress. We keep asking the question, 'Am I moving forward?'
It is important to be flexible and where something isn't working, making changes to the plan.

I initially sought Sue’s services because I was looking for some support in boosting my confidence. Outwardly I’ve always been told I appear very confident, but this has masked underlying insecurities and anxieties I’ve struggled with for most of my life. I also recently started a new job, one that I’d worked hard to get, and it brought to the surface some of these insecurities and a strong bout of imposter syndrome! With Sue’s guidance, I’ve been able to challenge my negative thought paths, identify the issues I’m struggling with, then break them down and tackle them with clear actions. I’m very grateful to Sue for her support so far and would recommend Sue to anyone who needs help building their confidence.

In our first meeting under Sue’s guidance, we established areas we would explore. At the end of each session, I had a clear plan for the next achievable steps to take. These were reviewed in the following session.
I needed to address areas to build back my confidence. By taking small steps forward, big things began to happen.
I would recommend Sue. She is very empathetic but was able to bring objectivity to my situation so that I have made positive advances. I am very grateful for that.
