As well as being a Jay Shetty certified life coach, I have studied NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and hypnotherapy.
My career background is in finance, having spent 42 years in retail banking. I have been helping people for most of my life.
But qualifications never tell the whole story. I spent years building up my self-confidence.
to become the strong-minded, resilient woman I am today. That's why I am able to help people with their confidence issues today.
I have been lonely, suffered from social anxiety, and felt a lack of self-love. I have self-sabotaged and not treated myself with the respect I deserve.
That is all in the past. Now I am building a life rooted in love, gratitude and self-confidence.
